IMC began its HVAC Cleaning Division in 1990 and has since become one of the largest air duct cleaning contractors on the East Coast. IMC has extensive experience in providing complete air conveyance system cleaning at small and large facilities including residences, office buildings, hospitals, schools, government institutions, prisons, manufacturing and industrial sites, and other public and private facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

NADCA Membership

IMC is a member since 1991 of NADCA – The HVAC Inspection, Maintenance and Restoration Association. NADCA is an internationally recognized organization that set Standards and provide Certification and training for the air duct cleaning industry. A small group of approximately 1,000 contractors worldwide have obtained certification from NADCA.

IMC has served as an integral part of the Association's growth:

• Dave Gerhard (IMC Project Estimator) is a founding member of NADCA 1989.
• Davidge Warfield (IMC Project Estimator 1991-1993) served as President of NADCA 1992-1993.
• Matt Mongiello (IMC Vice President) currently serves on the Board of Directors of NADCA as Second Vice President.

IMC employs multiple staff members certified as NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialists and Ventilation System Mold Remediators.

Insulation and particulate debris found on this reheat coil significantly reduced the air flow through this air conveyance system until it was cleaned by IMC.
