Dino Konstandinou of IMC Interior Maintenance Company Inc. of Lansdowne uses steam to melt away graffiti on the walls of the old railroad station in Pocono Summit Monday afternoon. The building is a frequent target of vandals. The township is footing the bill for the $3,920, two-day project because the property's owner owner, the Pennsylvania Northeast Regional Railroad Authority, doesn't have the money.
