IMC, Inc. has completed large and small projects for hospitals, schools, commercial and industrial facilities, government institutions, and residences. The following is a small sample of our varying services.

DuPont Company Wilmington, DE	Air conveyance system cleaning and Microbial Remediation projects were completed at various facilities at the Experimental Station, Barley Run Mills, Chestnut Run, DuPont Building, etc. IMC also completed insulation refurbishment, and small scale demolition work, while accommodating occupants, sensitive laboratory areas and stringent testing and safety protocol.
Baltimore Nat. Aquarium Baltimore, MD	IMC provided cleaning, sanitization treatment, insulation replacement, and insulation coating treatment at various ventilation systems including the Tropical Rain Forest. Air handling unit refurbishment was also provided due to the significant amount of rust and insulation breakdown. Negative air containment procedures and safety measures were carefully followed due to the increased sensitivity of animal and plant life within the facility.
U.S. Postal Service Philadelphia, PA	IMC technicians provided lead abatement services for various ventilation systems within construction sites of the renovated facility. All safety measures and decontamination procedures including blood testing and on-site showering were followed carefully by IMC technicians to protect against the high levels of lead. After cleaning, the ventilation systems were then hand-wiped with a TSP solution and finally tested to ensure compliance with proper levels.
Baltimore Cty Schl Dist Baltimore, MD	IMC technicians completed a Microbial Remediation project at a school with a number of classrooms contaminated with high levels of microbial growth. Under negative air containment and decontamination procedures, IMC cleaned walls, ceilings, and floors contaminated with microbial growth. These classrooms were then sealed and treated with high levels of Ozone and Biocide treatments to complete the sanitization procedure.
Medical College of PA Philadelphia, PA	Significant levels of lead, and other fibrous materials contaminated the air conveyance systems, and IMC fielded over twenty technicians on a 6 week project to clean and coat the air conveyance systems under negative air containment and decontamination procedures monitored by an Industrial Hygiene firm.
Brown Printing East Greenville, PA	Falling dust, powder and particulate accumulation along ceiling rafters, piping, lighting, etc. can wreak havoc on Print shop machinery and equipment. IMC technicians provided containment and vacuum cleaning techniques to clean over 30,000 square feet of the Press Bay area ceiling rafters and piping while protecting machinery and maintaining OSHA Standard Fall Protection Requirements.
Union Camp Corporation Princeton, NJ	Due to fiber and microbial irritants, IMC technicians completed remediation techniques and chemical application of facility walls, floors and ceiling plenum. IMC also completed air conveyance system cleaning of all the ventilation systems and removal and disposal of over 45,000 square feet of ceiling tile.
