Clean the ventilation system of the air conveyance system. This includes:
1. Performing the work in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards requiring compliance by all private employers on an ongoing basis under the General Industry (29CFR1910) and Construction Industry (29CFR1926) Regulations.
2. Uniformed technicians wearing disposable booties and gloves to protect the residence. Tarps and coverings will be used to protect work areas.
3. Providing access ports in accordance with SMACNA and NADCA standards where necessary to thoroughly clean the entire system.
4. Attachment of a HEPA-Filtered Vacuum collection system designed to place the ductwork under negative air pressure. Air conditioning/heating coils will be covered and protected.
5. Cleaning of all supply and return registers with high pressure air.
6. Interior Maintenance Company employs certified NADCA Air System Cleaning Specialists on staff. (National Air Duct Cleaners Association Standard and NADCA Certification available upon request)
7. Removing of all visible debris and contaminants from supply duct system, return air duct system, air handling unit, and other associated components to be performed in accordance with NADCA Standards (visibly clean).
8. After cleaning, all access ports will be covered with gasketed sheet metal plates and securely fastened with sheet metal screws.
9. New filtration device(s) installed at no charge if provided by purchaser.
10. Leaving all work areas in a neat and orderly fashion and removing all accumulated debris from work site.
11. Checking total system upon completion to ensure functional operation of similar manner in which system was operating prior to cleaning process. Any deficiencies will be reported to purchaser.
