Joining IMC in 2004, Bob is no stranger to management and indoor environmental issues. Bob was trained by Princeton University Researchers in the internationally known "House Doctor" technology. For almost 20 years, he ran his own business managing 18 crews. He sold the business in 2001 and started a small company that did consulting and testing for Indoor Air Quality issues.

Bob currently trains and manages over thirty-five front-line technicians and supervisors providing air duct cleaning, mold removal, high surface cleaning, and industrial cleaning projects. Bob is also NADCA certified as an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS).

Energy Expertise

When Bob needed a mold removal company to treat one of his customer's problems, he found IMC and the relationship eventually led to full time employment. With his background in energy management, and indoor air quality assessment, Bob's expertise was a perfect fit at IMC.

Bob is experienced in evaluating heating and cooling systems, as well as assessing air distribution ductwork, insulation and heat "by pass" anomalies that also affect indoor air quality. Bob has performed diagnostic instrumented energy analysis and treatments to several thousand homes. With his business, he was part of an initiative utilized by the Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) to implement their Excellence in Energy Efficiency (EEE) program.

"When you do work in someone's building or home, treat it like you would in your own home, and customer satisfaction is always number one" are Bob's mottoes.

Family Lessons and Positive Impact

Early in his career, as a Marketing Representative at Bell of PA, Bob met his wife. They are blessed with three children, all boys, and strive to pass lessons learned from their parents on to their kids. Despite their second son having special needs, "he has made a positive impact on so many people including his brothers, my wife and me". Bob's wife is a teacher's aide at a local school and works with autistic children.

"Salt water fishing from the surf or in the bay" is how Bob spends his free time, along with family vacations to North Carolina's Outer Banks.
